The proliferation of electronic devices has intensified electromagnetic radiation pollution, necessitating advanced microwave absorption materials. This study presents the electrospinning fabrication of FeNiCo/carbon nanofiber (FeNiCo/CNF) composites with exceptional microwave absorption properties. The FeNiCo/CNFs achieved a minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of −55.5 dB at 14.24 GHz with an ultrathin matching thickness of only 1.6 mm. Microstructural analysis and electromagnetic parameter testing revealed that the superior absorption stems from the synergistic interaction between the carbon nanofiber network and FeNiCo alloy nanoparticles, which promotes multiple reflections and efficient energy dissipation. The precise control of coercivity and permeability via systematic modulation of magnetic metal composition enabled enhanced impedance matching and optimized magnetic-dielectric synergy. Furthermore, radar cross-section (RCS) simulations confirmed the material's capability to significantly reduce RCS values across a wide angular range, validating its potential for stealth technology applications. This work introduces a cost-effective and sustainable approach for developing ultralight, high-performance microwave absorbers, addressing the limitations of conventional materials such as high density and poor stability.

Lead oxide nanoparticles (PbO NPs) are increasingly released into aquatic environments from industrial processes, posing ecological risks. Duckweed (Landoltia punctata) is a known lead hyperaccumulator, but its physiological and biochemical responses to PbO NPs remain unexplored. This study synthesized PbO NPs via a plant-mediated biosynthesis method and exposed L. punctata to concentrations of 0 (control), 10, 20, 30, and 40 mg·L−1 in hydroponic culture for 7 days. Results showed concentration-dependent effects: low concentrations (10–20 mg·L−1) stimulated growth, while high concentrations (≥30 mg·L−1) inhibited fresh weight, growth rate, and root length. Chlorophyll b content decreased significantly at ≥20 mg·L−1 (by 14.09%, 10.79%, and 18.48% at 20, 30, and 40 mg·L−1, respectively), while carotenoid content increased. Malondialdehyde content and activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase increased with PbO NPs concentration, indicating oxidative stress. Lead accumulation reached 1265.65 mg·kg−1 at 30 mg·L−1 and 2030.01 mg·kg−1 at 40 mg·L−1, with bioconcentration factors >1 and lead removal rates above 68.94%. Subcellular distribution showed lead predominantly in the cell wall fraction, followed by soluble components and organelles. These findings demonstrate that L. punctata exhibits strong PbO NPs accumulation and stress tolerance, supporting its use in phytoremediation of metal nanoparticle-contaminated waters.

Perovskite photolithography, an emerging research frontier, combines the unique properties of perovskite materials with lithographic processes for advanced optoelectronic applications. Currently, bottom-up photolithography is preferred due to perovskites’ intrinsic characteristics, while top-down photolithography offers better compatibility with mature semiconductor manufacturing workflows. In this study, we innovatively propose an integrated technology that merges top-down photolithography with in situ phase-transition strategy. Utilizing non-emissive Cs4PbBr6 perovskite single crystals (SCs) as both structural templates and reaction sources, we achieve spatially selective patterning by precise wet and dry etching, followed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP)-induced Cs4PbBr6 to CsPbBr3 phase transition. This process facilitates the direct fabrication of highly emissive CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 microstructure patterns inside Cs4PbBr6 SCs. Such a synergistic approach simplifies perovskite photolithography procedures and enables rapid, large-scale manufacturability. Furthermore, its integration with machine learning optimization algorithms showcases promising application potential in intelligent anti-counterfeiting. This novel approach, integrating perovskite SCs homologous substrate with customized photolithography, provides a new strategy for fabricating high-performance perovskite optoelectronic devices and is expected to promote technological advancement.
